Command-line interface

The command-line interface (CLI) of WinContig enables you to use the application in a command prompt session. This is useful if you want to run WinContig from a script or as a scheduled task.

To retrieve all the switches supported by WinContig, select Help > Show command-line switches, or open a command prompt session with elevated user rights, navigate to the installation folder of WinContig, type wincontig /? and press Enter.

WinContig will display the Command-line switches dialog. To copy the contents of the dialog to the Clipboard, click on the button at bottom-left of the dialog.
