Tools menu
The following table lists commands that are available on the Tools menu.

| Install the shell extension | Installs the shell extension of WinContig. The shell extension of WinContig enables
you to analyze or defragment files and folders by right-clicking on them in File Explorer.
NOTE: WinContig is a portable program, but some information needs to be written to the system in order to install the shell extension. |

| Uninstall the shell extension | Uninstalls the shell extension of WinContig. | ||
| Manage filter | Displays the Filter dialog, which allows you to select which files to process and which files to skip. |  |
