Supported operating systems

WinContig is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11. Also, WinContig supports Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows are supported.

Note

You must be logged in as administrator or have administrative credentials to run WinContig.

Supported file systems

WinContig supports NTFS, FAT, FAT32, exFAT, and ReFS file systems.

Required free disk space

WinContig requires 6MB of free disk space.

Supported drives

WinContig supports all hardware components that are supported by Windows, so drives can be internal, external, mechanical (HDD) or Solid State Drive (SSD).
